Coaches and Bowlers:  We are trying to perform this service to help both of you find each other.  As we get updates for both coach & bowler lists we will up date them but..........We need to emphasize that the coaches and bowlers need to communicate with each other and the coach needs to submit the sub form if they find a bowler that they want to bowl and that the state IS IN NO WAY A PART OF THIS PROCESS.

The  substitution will only be valid IF AND WHEN THE STATE RECEIVES THE SUB FORM.
